Job Description

Lead strategic logistics projects from requirement definition to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
Identify opportunities for logistics cost optimization, process improvement, lead-time reduction, and service enhancement.
Develop strong understanding of landed factor/landed cost and analyze its components across suppliers, countries, categories, routes, and modes.
Conduct landed factor variance and root-cause analysis and recommend actionable cost optimization initiatives.
Build scenario analysis and business cases to assess the impact of freight, duty, routing, mode, and other logistics cost variables.
Drive end-to-end shipment visibility, monitoring ETD/ETA, transit times, delays, exceptions, and delivery performance.
Develop and maintain logistics dashboards and KPIs to provide clear visibility on cost, shipment performance, risks, and service levels.
Proactively identify shipment risks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate delays and business impact.
Analyze logistics data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for management.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives within logistics.

Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external logistics partners to ensure successful execution of projects and improvement initiatives.Responsibilities

4+ years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain, preferably in Retail, Fashion, FMCG, or E-commerce.
Strong understanding of international logistics, freight operations, shipment performance, and logistics cost structures.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Landed Factor / Landed Cost and its optimization.
Proven experience in project management, process improvement, or logistics transformation.
Strong experience in shipment visibility, logistics analytics, KPI development, and exception management.
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI / SAP / Oracle / RMS is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial decision-making skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Degree/Postgraduate qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
