Roles & Responsibilities: Manager (Experience 2–5 years)
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant/bar
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service
- Manage scheduling, performance, and team development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer concerns effectively and maintain high satisfaction
- Monitor budgets, inventory, and stock control
Bartender (Minimum 1 year experience)
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic)
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Engage with guests to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage bar stock and ensure timely replenishment
- Serve drinks responsibly and check ID when required
Waiter / Waitress (Basic experience or fast learner)
- Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Take and deliver accurate food & drink orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Support team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
REQUIREMENTS
- Manager: 2–5 years of proven experience in hospitality management
- Bartender: Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
- Waiter/Waitress: Previous experience is a plus, but not required – training will be provided
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Team player with a professional attitude
