Harriot - Conferre Group
Conferre spans CBD venues Tipo00 and Osteria Ilaria, and in Brunswick East, Figlia and Grana with our newly opened venture Harriot, on Collins Street.
As Harriot grows we are on the lookout for passionate and motivated professions to develop with us and help lead our team.

Our ideal candidates will have at least 2 years experience in management, alongside a passion for food, wine and hospitality. Key responsibilities include;

• Restaurant operations – oversee the daily running of the venues, leading shifts, rostering, ordering, and general admin.
• Hospitality skills – demonstrate a high level of proficiency across a range of restaurant sections, strong host and section skills, knowledge of food and wine.
• Recruitment and training – assist in finding and onboarding of new staff, liaising with group management to refine restaurant processes.
• Staff mentorship – facilitating training for staff, staff appraisals and mentorship, promoting a positive work culture and environment.
• Reservations and events – handle enquiries for our venues, with daily maintenance of our booking diary.
• Customer relationships – offer a warm and compassionate face for the businesses, fostering existing relationships and cultivating new ones.
