Description

Our law firm seeks a Managing Attorney for its high-volume foreclosure practice. This position requires client contact and a high-volume workload. License to practice law in Nevada required. Specific Job Responsibilities: * Assisting with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments. * Work with and assist in supervision of paralegals and support staff. Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed. * Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution. * Develop and grow client relations. Experience: * Detailed knowledge of law and extensive experience related to creditors’ rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation) * Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters * Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes * Massachusetts barred for 8+ years * 8+ years’ experience in Creditors’ Rights Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Exercise a high-degree of professionalism * Creative problem solving; client development; leadership and motivational skills * Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills * Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondence Required Education and Training * Bachelor’s Degree required * J.D. from an accredited law school * Membership in the Nevada Bar
