Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver cloud services to customers in line with the agreed scope, CyberCX standards, and industry frameworks.
  • Lead and manage dynamic, complex, and sizable cloud projects, including project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Coach, build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and empowerment.
  • Provide pre-sales activity and solutions to ensure customer requirements align with team capabilities.
  • Contribute to customer relationships by actively engaging with sales, solutions, and marketing teams to create new opportunities and enhance existing partnerships.
  • Drive internal research, innovation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Promote emerging technologies and align with the latest technology trends to drive value.

About You

You’re a recognised leader in the cloud security space, with 7+ years of experience in professional services and relevant cloud technologies. You thrive on solving problems, leading teams, and delivering solutions in fast-paced environments. You’re proactive and highly skilled in stakeholder engagement and fostering customer trust.

  

Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • AWS, Azure or GCP certifications.
  • Expertise in cloud services such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and cloud security technologies.
  • Experience in architecture, design, and integration of public cloud, hybrid cloud, and infrastructure solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and enterprise networking.
  • Proven experience managing, coaching, and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Agile, resilience, and excellence in stakeholder engagement and communication.
