SAP HYBRIS - TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture and development, with expertise in ticketing platforms
• Strong experience in the technical architecture and integration strategies for Galaxy Ticketing systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Hands-on experience with Ticketing Product customization, integration, and API development.
• Experience in Integrate Ticketing systems with third-party systems such as CRM, ERP, payment gateways, and mobile apps.
• Must have good understanding on real-time data synchronization between Ticketing systems and other platforms for seamless operations and reporting.
• Strong understanding of system integration patterns, including RESTful APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data synchronization techniques.
• Knowledge of dynamic pricing, queuing algorithms, and ticketing workflows would be a plus.
