As Managing Director, you will be entrusted with leading Loram’s operations in Asia Pacific, with a strong focus on delivering superior service while driving market leadership. You will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of business initiatives, ensuring alignment with Loram’s Long Range Plan.
Reporting directly to the global President & CEO, and accountable to the Australian Board, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable and profitable growth across the region.

• Fostering innovation safety excellence, and quality operations, positioning Loram as the provider of choice for rail maintenance solutions.

• Driving synergies across global business units, collaborating with teams worldwide to maximise operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a successful track record managing a medium sized business, preferably in the rail sector or an aligned industry. Senior candidates with experience in the heavy industry sectors, such as mining, transport, and construction, would also be considered.
This position offers a competitive senior executive remuneration package that includes a competitive base salary and superannuation as well an STI and LTI bonus.
