Reporting directly to the global President & CEO, and accountable to the Australian Board, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable and profitable growth across the region.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a successful track record managing a medium sized business, preferably in the rail sector or an aligned industry. Senior candidates with experience in the heavy industry sectors, such as mining, transport, and construction, would also be considered.
This position offers a competitive senior executive remuneration package that includes a competitive base salary and superannuation as well an STI and LTI bonus.
