We are seeking an entrepreneurial and globally connected leader to serve as our Managing Director - Strategic Partnerships and Expansion. This individual will architect and execute our external growth roadmap, forging high-impact alliances across the card issuing ecosystem, including card schemes, Fintech partners, banks, and Web3-native institutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master degree in Engineering of organizational sciences, majoring in E-commerce.
  • 10+ years leading growth across fintech, payments, or card-issuing infrastructure, with a proven record of scaling platforms in regulated and frontier markets.
  • Deep experience working with global schemes, regulators, and issuing partners, including co-branded programs, scheme certifications, and license acquisition (e.g., EMI, SVF).
  • 3 years of hands-on exposure to Web3 or crypto-native clients, enabling financial enablement for digital asset treasuries or DAOs via compliant rails.
  • Track record of launching and exiting fintech ventures, ideally in card issuing, digital wallets, or embedded finance.
  • Strong operational acumen with the ability to drive commercial strategy while navigating legal, compliance, and product complexity.
  • Extensive global network, particularly across Singapore, the EU, the Middle East, and North Asia; ability to open doors and close deals.
  • Executive gravitas with a builder’s mindset—able to navigate between boardrooms and startup trenches, inspiring internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Design and lead global partner strategy across card schemes (Visa, Mastercard), fintech partners, and banking/payment infrastructure providers.
  • Establish and grow partnerships with Web3-native protocols, exchanges, DAOs, and fintech innovators to drive market penetration for our clients.
  • Originate, structure, and execute co-branded partnerships, managing the full lifecycle from sourcing through commercial negotiation to onboarding.
  • Bridge commercial goals with regulatory clarity, working closely with our client’s Product, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure every partnership is scalable and regulator-ready.
  • Drive regional expansion initiatives across priority markets in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM—leveraging your network and deep experience to unlock market access.
  • Represent the firm externally as a thought leader in embedded finance and Web3 payments—speaking at fintech forums, regulatory panels, and ecosystem events.
  • Partner with the leadership team to shape global go-to-market strategies and align external growth with product and commercial goals.
