Job Description This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a high-impact market within TOMRA’s global network. As the Managing Director Benelux, you will: Lead a mature and strategic market unit, ensuring strong commercial positioning and operational excellence Drive sustainable growth and profitability, with full accountability for P&L performance Ensuring that successful sales rates are achieved, and a high level of service is provided to TOMRA’s installed RVM’s Champion and embed TOMRA’s values-led culture, inspiring teams to perform at their best Be responsible for the local Leadership Team You will be the face of TOMRA in the Market Units—balancing strategic vision with executional excellence, and ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers, society, and the environment. Qualifications We are looking for someone with the following skills and abilities: Comprehensive understanding of financial management - should be able to develop business plans/models including P&L Experience in the Sales and Service industry Proven ability to implement growth initiatives Structuring business strategies Experience of working with complex analysis Effective communication Change management Team development Inspirational Leadership Safety Mindset Strong presentation skills High moral and ethical values Preferred to be fluent in Dutch, however not a must Need be fluent in English Fluent in French would be a plus Additional Information Why TOMRA?
