Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 15+ years of professional experience, preferably in client management roles with commercial accountability for top line growth is required, track record of success required Knowledge and experience with senior leadership with investment managers preferred Technical knowledge of fund and investment operations a plus A passion for the business, ‘drive to win' and outperformance mindset Ability to establish and maintain C-Suite relationships with large global investment managers Intellectual curiosity; desire to constantly learn and continuously improve Ability to influence and drive performance internally, even when not a direct manager to teams Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbally and in writing); able to articulate complex information in a clear and simple manner to a variety of audiences
