  We’re seeking a senior Technology Delivery leader to Co-Head a large global platform spanning 80+ PODs and 800+ developers. As part of the EPO leadership team, this role will shape platform strategy, strengthen delivery execution, and ensure technology solutions meet client and business needs. The role is located in NYC, NY. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Platform Strategy & Business Impact - Define and lead Technology Delivery strategy for a major global platform, balancing client platform revenue priorities with enterprise cost discipline while supporting multiple products and long-term business outcomes. * Stakeholder Leadership - Partner with Platform Leadership and business stakeholders to shape, develop, and implement technology solutions that improve business performance and address client needs. * Delivery Execution - Lead PI planning alignment across platform groups and PODs, establish Technology Delivery goals and OKRs, and ensure teams deliver against agreed commitments. * Resiliency, Risk & Governance - Strengthen platform resiliency through KRIs, Evergreen standards, technology refreshes, Disaster Recovery, Data Centre Rotation, Cyber recovery, application rationalization, and modernization. Identify risk, audit, and regulatory issues and implement mitigation plans. * Governance & Escalations - Interface with internal and external Controls, Governance teams, and regulators as needed, while managing executive and business-critical escalations. * Practice & Talent Leadership - Drive practice standards, tool adoption, continuous improvement, and metrics-based course correction.
