Apply now to join One team, One Kroll.  RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop new revenue opportunities across Kroll’s Commercial Expert Services practice in Germany and EMEA * Build relationships and engage in activity designed to generate qualified leads within the primary target market * Support business development outreach initiatives which will require initiating and organizing meetings and phone calls with prospective clients, prepare letters and email, and participate in preparation of prospect-specific collateral. * Lead on litigation support assignments * Provide technical economic and quantitative analysis and advice to lawyers in order to help progress cases * Assist clients with disputes in the anti-trust/competition, economic regulatory, shareholder, commercial disputes and public policy spaces REQUIREMENTS: * At least a Masters degree (MSc) in Economics and/or Econometrics. * 8- 10 years’ experience working as an economist within a consultancy or corporate. * Economic modelling skills are essential.  Should be confident working with very large datasets and have a strong understanding of statistical analyses, regression techniques, market modelling and the application of other economic techniques * Comfortable researching economic, market and regulatory events. * Excellent drafting and/or report writing skills. Expert report experience desirable but not essential. * The ability to establish effective working relationships - with a strong client focus.
