ABOUT THE ROLE

The Corporate Finance segment is looking to recruit a Managing Director to focus on developing our client base within Private Equity.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Key Accounts Leadership
  • Defining the Key Account Framework (eg what qualifies for Flagship / Key Account)
  • Defining the Leadership Structure (Client Service Lead appointment)
  • Supporting Client Service Leads to build & execute account growth strategy
  • Setting growth KPIs, governance and monitoring framework (Bi Weekly EMEA PE Calls)
  • Supports the execution of the EMEA PE initiatives
  1. EMEA PE Origination

Develop clear vision of our 3 Filter RTW Offerings

  • Using market insights and 3 Filter RTW Offerings build highly compelling Campaigns
  • Drive Campaigns into Flagship and Key Accounts

Lead as “Voice of Market” on Market Insights and Trends

  • Through research and network be highly informed on Market Insights and Trends
  • Prepare regular market insights briefings to support conversations, leveraging materials already produced in sub segments where possible
  • Brief SMDs on market insights, drivers of stress and distress
  • Amplify M&A insights collated by TS across EMEA CF

Pushing campaigns to market via key accounts

  • Analysis of Key Accounts to assess to identify Ready to Buy criteria
  • Connect campaign and key accounts teams, driving paced collaboration, pushing and tracking campaigns out to market

M&A pipeline leadership

  • Lead M&A pipeline, maintaining and driving through the sales funnel a pipeline by:

o Amplifying market intel across EMEA
o Driving volueme of POV docs developed efficiently on target assets
o Ensuring most compelling RTW teams develops POV docs
o Pushing POV docs out to market at pace, optimizing use of our key account structure
