EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Proven track record in senior leadership—ideally within affiliate marketing, digital media, or a tech-driven commercial environment

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, especially in a scale-up context
• Strong financial acumen and operational leadership
• Excellent communicator, able to navigate international, multicultural teams with ease
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
• Familiar with Dutch corporate governance and global business dynamics

THE ROLE

As Managing Director, you will be at the helm of REBLL’s strategic, financial, and operational leadership. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our direction, leading a talented team, and driving international growth as we scale. You will be the face of REBLL to external partners while ensuring excellence in internal operations, compliance, and performance.

AUTHORITY & ACCOUNTABILITY

• Legally represent REBLL Network B.V. in all commercial, legal, and strategic matters as defined in the Articles of Association
• Enter into agreements and financial commitments within board-approved thresholds
• Provide regular strategic, financial, and operational updates to the Board of Directors
