Job Overview LDR, a World leader in dosimetry recurring revenue services seeks an energetic, passionate and results driven leader to manage overall business operations in Australasia; to ensure added value for customers, shareholders (for sustained growth, market share and profit) and employees (to drive engagement, passion, and respect) and to deliver the desired business results. Reporting to the WW Director of LDR Subs and JVs, you will lead and grow an $8M P&L portfolio. You will balance the current go to market, channel strategy, and new revenue opportunities with the day to day needs of the organization. You will have an opportunity to capture new growth opportunities for future investment. You will achieve ambitious financial objectives, exceed customer expectations, and drive strong talent outcomes with a dedication to organizational development. This position is based in Sydney, Australia. Primary Responsibilities/Duties You will drive LDR commercial performance for Australasia and provide inspired leadership to a team of ~10 sales and customer success professionals. Drive ambitious top-line growth with P&L margin expansion, with focus on new customer acquisition, existing customer retention, and accelerate share gain opportunities. CUSTOMER Establishes partnerships with KOLs in medical/industrial societies, opinion leaders, clients and enterprises. Lead cultivation and relationship building with key partners and customers. Develops strategies for uncovering market opportunities by establishing priorities and recommending a process for obtaining intelligence information Understand the competitive landscape by being an expert on our competition and how they are positioned. Support capital equipment sales in various regions in APAC mainly Korea and Taiwan INTERNAL You will lead, coach, and motivate the team to drive sustained growth. Professional development, motivation, and performance management. Ensure consistent accuracy on weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and business discipline to drive sustained growth year after year Provide dynamic and progressive leadership to the organization. Create a followership that reaches all employees. Hire, retain, and motivate exceptional sales and customer success professionals. Leave behind a rich talent legacy. Implement a metrics-driven approach that aligns with our FBS culture, using analytical capabilities to provide transparency into performance and trends. Assess strategic growth options including M&A. Be a Catalyst for Growth. Support LDR Management team in developing strategic goals and tactical plans. Create a culture of integrity and compliance. Manage sales and customer success efforts in accordance with Fortive’s compliance program and our values. Implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales and customer success team. Despite role is hybrid, it is crucial to have a strong presence in the office as been supportive and a reference to the team. Experience / Qualifications Education Requirements: University degree is required. MBA to be highly considered. A minimum of 10 years of relevant business and team management. You have a proven track record of consistently driving revenue growth, operating profit expansion with recurring revenue services Specific technical requirements Medical Device or healthcare industry knowledge in the Healthcare environment is preferred. Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM databases; Primary competencies (soft skills based on the Fortive leadership anchors) You have a background in building, developing, and motivating high-performance teams. You possess the leadership and sales acumen along with a hands-on, ‘get it done’ mentality that is a hallmark of other successful leaders at Fortive.
