Overview Job Title: Managing Director Location: Singapore Your New Company A multidisciplinary firm with a strong foundation in architecture, construction consulting, and strategic business development is expanding its footprint in Asia. The Singapore office is positioned as a regional hub to drive cross-border growth, partnerships, and project development across the Asia-Pacific region. Your New Role As the Managing Director, you will lead the Singapore operations and play a key role in shaping the company's regional strategy. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in construction and real estate, and a proven ability to manage international projects and partnerships. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full spectrum of operations and management for the Singapore office. Develop and execute strategic plans focused on the construction and real estate sectors. Lead partnership development with local design firms and regional stakeholders. Act as the regional lead for overseas expansion, M&A prospecting, and strategic collaborations. Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with global standards. Provide regular updates and coordination with the company's headquarters. Qualifications Extensive experience in construction and real estate operations, especially in international project management. Prior leadership experience at Managing Director level or equivalent. Strong business-level English communication skills. Hands-on operational background (not from accounting or pure sales). Experience working in a multinational environment is highly preferred.
