ABOUT THE ANGELICO PROJECT
The Angelico Project is a fast-growing Catholic nonprofit dedicated to evangelizing through Beauty, Truth, and Goodness. We host events, concerts, art exhibitions, presentations, and performances that draw people to Christ and His Church through art, thought, and culture. Entering our seventh season, we aim to double our impact in the next five years—expanding to 10,000+ annual event attendees, $1M in annual revenue, and national influence as a hub of Catholic art and culture.
Our vision is to make our region the center of a new renaissance of art, thought, and culture. We are seeking a highly organized, mission-aligned, and execution-focused Managing Director to serve as the “Integrator” in our EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) structure, helping us rise to a new level of growth and achieve our long-term vision.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Integrator is the glue that holds the organization together, ensuring day-to-day execution aligns with long-term strategy. Acting as the right-hand to the Executive Director (Visionary), the Integrator drives results by translating vision into action, coordinating team performance, resolving issues, and optimizing systems and processes. This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role requiring strong operational instincts, structured thinking, and clear communication.
The Managing Director/ Integrator is the internal force that turns vision into action, ensuring that the strategies developed by the Executive Director and Board are effectively translated into systems, staff action plans, and measurable outcomes. You’ll manage organizational priorities, support department leads, drive project timelines, and cultivate a results-oriented culture that aligns with our mission and values.
This is a builder role—perfect for someone with a background in nonprofit administration, arts management, fundraising operations, project management, or mission-driven startups who thrives on structure, accountability, and getting things done.
