This role is designed for leaders who want to build their own practice while scaling an organization within a supportive, growth-oriented environment. What You’ll Do Build and lead your own team of Financial Professionals Actively recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum 8 hires per year) Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability Maintain personal production across life insurance and annuity business Deliver holistic financial strategies to clients using a consultative approach Partner with internal specialists and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.) Create a culture of growth, professionalism, and client-first service What We’re Looking For Proven leadership and recruiting experience in financial services Strong production background (life insurance and/or annuities required) Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and scale a business Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent High level of professionalism, drive, and accountability Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Role Expectations This is a leadership-focused position intended for individuals committed to building and managing a team.
