We provide New Yorkers with high-quality, transformational programs that enhance their well-being and socio-economic opportunities, reflecting our belief that everyone in our city should be given the tools to thrive.  The Center for Recovery and Wellness takes a holistic, strengths-based approach to recovery and wellness that responds to the distinct needs of each individual.  Programs include residential and outpatient addiction treatment, recovery services, prevention education, and community programming.  CRW offers culturally competent, evidence-based programs and services that strengthen individuals and communities, enhance resiliency, and foster lasting recovery.  We are seeking a full-time Managing Director of Residential Services who will oversee and coordinate all elements of Residential Treatment Services, including the direct supervision of the Clinical Director and MEC Director.  This role will ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care in a 100-bed mixed gender residential facility serving mandated and non-mandated adults with substance use disorders.   RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership and Program Development * Provide strategic leadership and supervision to senior staff and ensure alignment with organizational goals * Oversee development and implementation of treatment plans, initial assessments, and crisis response protocols * Lead quality improvement initiatives and team-based projects to enhance health and safety * Ensure integration of vocational services and comprehensive client support * Manage program budget and financial operations Compliance and Monitoring * Ensure adherence to contractual, regulatory, and agency standards * Monitor therapeutic environment and maintain trauma-informed care systems * Oversee quality assurance and improvement reviews, reporting, and data collection * Maintain program manuals and site directives Other Duties * Represent the program in professional and community meetings * Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned QUALIFICATIONS * LCSW, LMHC or LMSW with Master CASAC credential required * Minimum five years of experience in supervision, program development, regulatory oversight, and site management in residential or outpatient addiction/mental health services required * SIFI certification preferred  * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills * Ability to manage complex clinical and administrative operations * Familiarity with regulations from OASAS and Medicaid  * Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations in a professional and courteous manner * Must be organized, self-motivated, a team player, and computer literate BENEFITS * Generous PTO policy * Competitive Salary * Medical & Dental Insurance * Pension Plan * 403b Retirement Plans * Discount Perks for Movies, Broadway Shows, and Amusement Parks, Etc. * Free Gym Membership to our MCC FITNESS & 14TH ST Y Gym * Discounts to programs at Educational Alliance Limitations and Disclaimer The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required for the position EEO Info Educational Alliance is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in hiring or employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, marital status, disability status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.  For further information about Educational Alliance, please visit https://edalliance.org [https://edalliance.org/].
