Led by some of the founding minds behind the UK’s largest digital health platforms, we’re now building something special in the case management world, and we’re looking for an Ambitious Managing Director to lead this charge.
This isn’t a traditional MD role.
We’re looking for someone with deep roots in case management, either a seasoned leader with operational experience or a high-performing case manager ready to step into a leadership position and help us build something from the ground up.

• Leading the setup, growth, and delivery of our catastrophic and complex injury case management service
• Working alongside our founders and digital health experts to build the future of tech-enabled case management
• Recruiting and managing a high-performing team of case managers and clinical professionals
• Driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with CMSUK/BABICM standards
• Developing partnerships with solicitors, insurers, referrers, and stakeholders across the UK
• Representing Oria CM in the marketplace and acting as the clinical face of the brand
