The role as a Managing Director includes the development and implementation of the business plan, collaboration with the firm’s international network on complex cross-border matters, working with the local team and delivery of insolvency and restructuring assignments. This is an exciting role within the organisation and will offer the successful candidate a wealth of knowledge, experience and increased responsibility. Apply now to join One team, One Kroll.  The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate solid experience of: * driving high-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations and complex cross-border matters * establish a real estate and construction business, the service includes dispute advisory and expert witness, as well as distressed real estate investment advisory, construction related restructurings, insolvencies and recovery litigation; * delivering quality work product and a high level of client service; * driving business and practice development; * establishing and developing relationships with potential and current clients; * promoting an insolvency/ restructuring firm and sourcing new work; * managing an office and leading a team of professional staff and providing supervision and training; and * participating in and leading global business initiatives. The candidate will have the following attributes: * a minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience, including insolvency, restructuring and associated investigations; * a Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, business administration or finance; * proven track record of business development;  * highly motivated with a good business sense and commercial acumen; * strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills; * strong people management skills; and * excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
