Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading the company with a strong commercial focus, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand Alpen Signs’ customer base.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee the overall business operations, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Drive innovation and adapt to market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage financial performance, budgets, and forecasts to ensure sustainable growth.
