About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Managing Director to lead day-to-day operations across all Royal Platinum retail locations and our expanding online store. This role is central to our growth strategy, as we scale through both company-owned and franchised outlets across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operations across retail stores and e-commerce channels
• Develop and implement strategic growth plans
• Manage relationships with suppliers, franchise partners, and landlords
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and international logistics
• Ensure compliance with UK retail and product safety regulations
• Maintain brand certifications (vegan, cruelty-free, environmentally responsible)
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Support franchise partners with licensing, site selection, and training
• Lead online retail strategy, digital marketing, and customer engagement
• Train and manage high-performing retail teams

What We’re Looking For

• 6–8 years of experience in the fragrance industry, with proven leadership in retail operations
• Strong understanding of the UK fragrance market, including trends in designer-inspired perfumes
• Experience scaling retail businesses, brand positioning, and managing franchise networks
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and operational management skills
• Familiarity with Royal Platinums product standards and ethical values
• Master’s degree in Digital Media, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with cross-border trade, logistics, and supplier coordination
• Fluency in English and Turkish
• Confidence using digital tools and e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of UK compliance, trading standards, and health & safety laws
