The Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives and Project Management serves as a critical architect of the organization’s future—turning vision into measurable impact. As a senior leader, this role is entrusted with advancing GMHC’s most important strategic priorities, overseeing complex, high-stakes initiatives, and driving operational excellence across all departments. The Managing Director will lead cross-functional teams, foster organizational alignment, and implement best-in-class practices in strategic planning, organizational development, and project execution.
