You are strategic and technically savvy, equally comfortable reviewing a P&L, running EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), or troubleshooting a marketing integration.

ROLE

As Managing Director, you are the senior operational leader and the primary bridge between strategy and execution.
You’ll own EOS implementation, align financials with reality in partnership with a fractional CFO, and ensure the company is structured to scale.
You will guide planning and delivery, build healthy performance culture, and remove operational roadblocks so the organization can grow with confidence
