Job Description We are seeking a CEO to lead and scale its waste management operations. This role owns overall business performance, including strategy, operations, client management, growth, and P&L, while ensuring best-in-class QHSE compliance, service quality, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the business strategy and operating model for waste management activities. Drive business growth across existing services and new opportunities (recycling, sustainability/green initiatives). Lead client and stakeholder management including key accounts, partners, and relevant authorities. Oversee contracts and subcontractors, ensuring compliance, performance, and effective governance. Establish and continuously improve processes, controls, and reporting to support operational excellence. Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring cost discipline and margin delivery. Lead change management initiatives, including digitization/automation and performance improvement programs. Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams (hiring, training, coaching, succession planning). Champion a strong Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) culture and ensure compliance with policies and standards. QHSE, Security & Compliance (Mandatory) Consistently model and enforce safe work practices, incident reporting, and risk prevention. Ensure adherence to security and cybersecurity requirements, including during travel and remote work. Promote a mindset of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and digital adoption. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field. 15+ years of relevant experience, including 7–8+ years in a comparable senior leadership role. Proven track record leading multi-site operations, P&L ownership, and client-facing delivery in the UAE/GCC. Demonstrated experience in change management and digital/process transformation. Strong commercial acumen and market understanding; able to build pipelines and win/retain business.
