This leadership role is intended for a seasoned financial advisor who has excelled in building a robust personal practice and is eager to transition into a role that emphasizes both practice development and team leadership. In the position of Managing Director, your primary objectives will include recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of financial advisors, as well as continuing to grow your own client base. You will play a critical role in fostering a vibrant culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the firm. At WealthBridge, you’ll benefit from our established infrastructure and brand reputation, enabling you to focus on driving growth while enjoying the autonomy to shape your team's direction and strategy. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services with a proven track record in client acquisition and retention. Active Life and Health License is required. FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; support for obtaining these licenses may be available. Strong leadership skills with experience in team building, coaching, and mentoring. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong client-centric approach. Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term business growth. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
