QUALIFICATIONS:

• Class 1 Funeral Director license in good standing (Ontario)
• Proven experience managing a funeral home or leading funeral home teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment
• Passion for serving families with empathy and professionalism

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the funeral home
• Supervise and support a team of licensed and unlicensed staff
• Oversee funeral and cremation services with professionalism and care
• Ensure compliance with all BAO regulations and company standards
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with families, staff, and community partners
• Collaborate with ownership and leadership to improve services and operations
