  • Build, lead, and scale high-performing street teams for residential and commercial security sales.
  • Drive strategy, set goals, and make things happen — no waiting around for direction.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales talent to crush revenue targets.
  • Run the division like it’s your own business — from operations to budgets to customer experience.
  • Innovate new ways to win customers and expand market share.
  • Partner directly with ownership while building your path toward equity and ownership.
