REQUIREMENTS OF THE RESTAURANT MANAGING PARTNER

· 3 years or more Restaurant General Management Experience
· Our Restaurant Managing Partners have basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training and termination of employees
· A restaurant Managing Partner must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards
· Our Restaurant Managing Partners have a hands-on management style
· Restaurant Managing Partners need to be passionate about the hospitality industry
· Restaurant Managing Partners should have a great Customer Focus
· Restaurant Managing partners have good Food Production Skills
· Our Restaurant Managing Partners have a Current driver’s license
