JOB SUMMARY
The Managing Partner (MP) is a leadership position that sits on Impression’s Senior Management Team and reports into Impression’s Commercial Director with dotted line reporting for performance and strategy responsibilities.
The Managing Partner holds ultimate accountability for Account Performance, Account Retention, Account Growth & Account Profitability of a large portfolio of accounts.
You will work alongside your senior and junior account teams in a client pod structure to ensure that the very best client strategies are developed and implemented and that your client portfolio experiences exceptional levels of revenue performance and client experience.
You will manage a small team of direct reports that include a team of Client Partners (account sales), Client Strategists, and Project Managers to help you achieve your objectives. You will also have indirect management responsibilities over the full breadth of performance teams that make up the client pod for which you are accountable.
