Capco is expanding our Regulatory Change team, and we’re looking for an experienced Regulatory Change Director who can help leading financial services organizations navigate the complex landscape of evolving regulations, particularly in trade and transaction reporting. As a Capco Regulatory Change Director, you will be a strategic advisor and leader, guiding financial services organizations through the complexities of regulatory transformations. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients stay ahead of regulatory changes, particularly in trade and transaction reporting frameworks, by designing, leading, and delivering comprehensive solutions that ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The opportunity is to join Capco’s growing Financial Crime, Risk, Regulation and Finance capability. The role will entail working across all types of financial institutions in the market to support them navigate and deliver against key market objectives with a focus on Trade & Transaction Reporting and associated market regulations.

The types of projects we cover are:

  • Supporting clients with regulatory change across impact assessments, implementation support, remediation, control framework & architecture assessments and regtech implementation focused on trade & transaction reporting (e.g. MiFID, EMIR, CSDR, SFTR, HKMA, MAS, CFTC etc)
  • Compliance within regulatory obligations against tight deadlines
  • Operating model reviews to assess positioning relative to market and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Delivering on key business change initiatives

In order to support our clients, we need people who have a deep understanding of capital markets/investment banking coupled with strong change management experience and prior demonstrable success, either as a management consultant or within a change role in a financial services institution.
This role allows you to deliver as part of a long-term strategic partnership with our clients, whilst developing within a forward thinking and entrepreneurial business.
