Essential Skills and Experience Strong experience in actuarial, insurance, or financial services recruitment. Knowledge of pricing, reserving, capital modelling, risk, or data science markets is preferred. Proven business development track record with a network across carriers, MGAs, insurtechs, and actuarial consulting firms in the US. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with a consultative and problem-solving approach. Demonstrated success managing senior client relationships and controlling end-to-end recruitment cycles.
