Responsibilities
Lead delivery of culturally safe, high-quality Care & Protection and Family Law services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.Provide senior leadership in an Aboriginal community-controlled organisation, managing and supporting a skilled legal team.
Balance legal practice with strategic leadership, including team management, recruitment, and policy implementation.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of solicitors, shaping service delivery within your practice area.
Handle diverse, complex legal matters and contribute to community legal education and law reform.
Collaborate closely with the Deputy Principal Solicitor and ALS leadership in a values-driven environment.
