Mint People are looking for talented, enthusiastic and passionate Commis to join our team at a Venues in the area! · 2 weekly pay ( every other Friday) Mint People are the leading provider of Hospitality & Leisure people in England. We are unrivaled and renowned in the hospitality and events sector for having the very best people in our portfolio. Unlike our competitors we only recruit when we have work for you and we have loads! If you are looking for 80 hours per week or 8 hours per week then we have the role for you. Duties include but are not limited to: Measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe Prepping various ingredients such as meats and vegetables Collaborating with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals Serving food and drinks to their customers and employers Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep area and kitchen is cleaned and sanitised at the end of the shift Maintaining a pantry stock record Rotating stock items as per established procedures Restocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary Properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures Ordering new ingredients as required Whatever your experience, if you’re passionate, reliable and get the job done, we’d love to hear from you so please apply today!
