The Creative and Administrative Teachers. This role encompasses strategic planning, administration, management, social media, and community leadership, all aligned with the mission and values established by the Founder and implemented by the Lead Administrative Teachers. The role combines educational leadership with operational management and offers an opportunity to shape the future of our program while honoring Montessori principles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Montessori experience or willingness to learn
  • International degrees welcome
  • Mandarin fluency a must
  • Commits to our international program as the framework for all planning, teaching, and learning across the curriculum
  • Knowledge of curriculum, instructional methods/strategies, curriculum differentiation, child development, and children’s learning methods
  • Skill in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, critical thinking, and planning

    Pay: $25.71 - $30.97 per hour
