Job Title: Mandarin / English Marketing Manager (Asian Market)
Contract Type: Full-time permanent
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-17:30pm
Location: Manchester
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Data Analysis

  • Develop and implement comprehensive international marketing strategies and plans to generate high-quality leads and achieve ambitious individual and team targets across diverse product lines.
  • Conduct analysis of marketing campaigns, tracking and reporting on Return on Investment (ROI). Continuously identify and integrate new marketing techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by proactively identifying and analysing evolving client needs and market demands, translating these insights into actionable recommendations for product development and leading the adaptation of marketing strategies.
  • Proactively manage the marketing budget, striving for maximum ROI and cost-efficiency in all international marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine lead quality and align marketing efforts with sales objectives to ensure target attainment.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in international social media platforms, both for organic and paid content, adapting strategies to maximise PE’s online presence and engagement.

Online & offline marketing

  • Translate strategic marketing goals into actionable content creation plans, focusing on enhancing brand awareness and driving quality international leads across all relevant social media platforms.
  • Optimise the end-to-end lead generation process, from initial contact to conversion, to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI.
  • Ensure all social media operations are meticulously aligned with PE’s overarching business development goals.
  • Act as a primary liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders, leading and coordinating marketing events and initiatives designed to generate high-quality international leads.
  • Oversee and coordinate all international marketing activities, ensuring efficient execution, timely delivery of campaigns, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage the creation, production, and distribution of compelling marketing collateral, including social media content, targeted email campaigns, and promotional materials tailored for international audiences.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of all marketing activities, providing insightful feedback and implementing necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Plan and execute innovative fission marketing activities to achieve team growth targets in international markets.

Team management

  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with other departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with broader business strategies.
  • Identify training and development needs within the marketing team, providing opportunities for professional growth and cultivating a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
  • Lead the recruitment and training of marketing staff as required to meet evolving business needs and support strategic initiatives.
  • Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as necessary to support the dynamic requirements of the business.
