This role goes beyond traditional admin work — we’re looking for someone with basic business understanding and strong execution skills, who can support decision-making and keep things moving efficiently. You will work closely with the CEO on daily operations, projects, and business-related tasks, gaining direct exposure to real estate investments and management. Responsibilities Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (partners, investors, vendors) Track key projects and ensure timely execution Prepare meeting materials, reports, and summaries Support basic business analysis Assist with real estate-related tasks (documents, coordination, due diligence support) Handle ad hoc and occasional personal tasks Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields preferred) 1–3 years of experience (strong fresh grads with business sense are welcome) Basic understanding of business concepts (e.g. ROI, market trends, cost structure) Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly reliable Fluent in English and Mandarin, need to work teams from China Flexible schedule and willing to travel with the CEO when needed What You’ll Get Direct exposure to real estate deals and business decisions Fast learning curve and close mentorship from leadership Opportunity to grow into operations / investment roles Competitive compensation
