Brand Ambassadorship: De-escalate high-pressure customer issues with empathy, patience, and strong emotional control to guarantee positive outcomes. Data Documentation: Input detailed notes of client conversations, feedback, and resolutions into the corporate CRM system. Candidate Qualifications Language Proficiency (Required) Mandarin: Native or near-native mastery (written, verbal, and reading) is mandatory. Applicants must be able to type rapidly and comprehend both Simplified and Traditional Chinese characters. English: At least a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level. You must be comfortable navigating English-language operating software, reviewing corporate training modules, and handling internal business communications. Professional Profile & Education Academic Background: Possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in any major.
