The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application! Job Description During your internship, you will assist our Service Designers with various activities. You will support the design and development of user-centered services by conducting user research, analyzing insights and helping to create service blueprints and customer journey maps. You will work closely with cross-functional teams on a variety of projects, contributing your passion for service design by applying service design methodologies to enhance user experiences. In addition, you will have the opportunity to design and facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, gathering valuable feedback from users and stakeholders to inform the design process. Furthermore, you will engage in experimentation and prototyping to iterate on service concepts. Last but not least, you will thrive as part of an open-minded, interdisciplinary team of designers, researchers and business professionals. Qualifications Education: studies in the field of Service Design, Strategic Design, Psychology or comparable Experience and Knowledge: familiarity with service design principles, customer journeys and related service design methods and tools; experience with user research methods, in workshop design and facilitation are advantages Personality and Working Practice: you are a creative, structured and reliable individual with strong communication skills; you are motivated, team-oriented and able to work in cross-functional teams, approaching problems proactively and with a focus on user needs Work Routine: Using a modern toolchain, partially mobile working is possible Languages: very good in English; German is an advantage Additional Information Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required) Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.
