Job Description During your internship, you will work closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, unambiguous and testable requirements for new heat pump features and functionalities. You will assist in creating and maintaining detailed requirement specifications, user stories, use cases and other relevant documentation using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira and dedicated requirements management software). In addition, you will support the linking of requirements to design, development and testing activities, ensuring that all aspects of the product development lifecycle are aligned. Furthermore, you will help effectively moderate and conduct requirements reviews, gather feedback and ensure stakeholder alignment. Your area of ​​responsibility includes the understanding and contributing to the process of managing requirement changes throughout the development cycle. Last but not least, you will explore best practices in the field of requirements engineering and contribute to improving our internal processes and tools. You will work within an agile environment, interacting with software, hardware and system engineers. Qualifications Education: studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or comparable Experience and Knowledge: familiarity with systems engineering and requirements engineering concepts (e.g., V-Model, SMART requirements); experience with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence or similar is beneficial Personality and Working Practice: you are a proactive, self-motivated individual who is eager to learn in a dynamic environment and capable of working both independently and as part of a team Enthusiasm: a genuine interest in sustainable technology, renewable energy and specifically heat pump systems Languages: very good in German and business fluent in English Additional Information Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required) Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.
