What You’ll be working on: During your internship, you’ll be involved in a wide range of HR topics and actively support both global and local initiatives: Learning Team, Leadership & Culture Development Do General HR Project Support Prepare engaging presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office Help create SharePoint sites and resources for new initiatives Organize virtual workshops and meetings Qualifications A student (m/f/d) enrolled in Economic or Social Sciences (Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or comparable study fields) You have a strong interest in HR topics like Learning, Leadership Development and Culture Development You work independently, are organized and eager to learn Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital collaboration tools is a plus Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken) Enthusiastic about fostering professional connections and building strong networks Organized, independent, and proactive in your way of working efficient in problem-solving, decision-making (managing multiple topics in parallel) Please attach your current certificate of enrollment and also your current transcripts of records and if possible an extract of certificate for a mandatory internship.
