Track campaign performance and ROI. Develop a scalable influencer network to support VEGDOG's growth in Italy. Localization & Market Insights Review and adapt marketing materials, product descriptions, landing pages and campaigns for the Italian market. Ensure that messaging, tone of voice and cultural references are relevant for Italian consumers. Provide feedback on customer expectations, trends and competitive activities in Italy. Support product launches and promotional campaigns with local market insights. Act as an internal expert on Italian consumer behavior and pet owner preferences. Cross-Functional Support Assist the Marketing and E-commerce teams with ad hoc projects related to Italy. Support customer communication and content localization when needed. Help identify growth opportunities and new partnerships in the Italian market. Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and customer acquisition in Italy. Good English skills; German is a plus but not required. Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing and digital marketing. Creative mindset combined with an analytical approach. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects. Organized, proactive and detail-oriented. Passion for pets and animal welfare is a strong advantage.
