JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Mandatory Learning Curriculum Senior Associate will work directly with the Learning Design Lead and with learning design team members, vendors, firm risk management, Talent Solutions team members, firm risk management, and other subject matter experts to support the development and execution of mandatory training and resources. This individual will proactively organize and prioritize work and manage relationships with a diverse team of partners and stakeholders.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, curriculum design, or related roles.
  • Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams Planner) to track and communicate project status, issues, and risks.
  • Experience with instructional design and adult learning theory to guide and support design teams.
  • Knowledge of National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) continuing professional education (CPE) requirements and standards preferred.

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,000.00 - $131,000.00 per year.
