Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Manhattan Active Omni / Manhattan Active WMS or Manhattan WMOS. Drive functional workshops, gather business requirements, and document solution design. Coordinate with business users to ensure successful UAT and go‑live readiness. Analyze issues, troubleshoot defects, and provide production support. Your Profile Strong experience in Manhattan Active (MAWM/MAO) OR Manhattan WMS (WMOS). Expertise in at least one functional area: Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Replenishment, Audit, Returns, Shipping. Knowledge of warehouse processes and supply chain domain. Hands-on experience with configuration, troubleshooting, and system workflows. Strong communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders.
