Job Title: Manhattan Configuration Specialist with Active WMS
Location: - Remote
Long Term Contract – W2 / C2C

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Configuration Specialist with in-depth knowledge of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role is responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining WMS functionality to support high-performing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will understand warehouse business processes and be adept at configuring system rules, workflows, and logic to meet operational needs without heavy reliance on custom code.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Annotation Specialis

• Configure Manhattan Active WMS to support operational processes, including receiving, putaway, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
• Perform parameter-based configurations, workflow setups, and rules management in the Active WMS platform
• Translate functional requirements into technical configuration solutions within the Manhattan system
• Work closely with business users, developers, and implementation teams to deploy WMS configurations effectively
• Manage system configuration documentation and change control processes
• Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT) and validate configurations before deployment
• Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation troubleshooting and optimization
• Collaborate with IT and Operations to identify areas for system improvement and performance enhancement
