The ideal schedule is a split shift, starting from 7:00–10:00 AM, then resuming 1:30/2:00–7:00/8:00 PM, allowing you time in the middle of the day for personal errands or rest. However, the family is open to alternative arrangements to ensure the perfect fit. They are searching for someone resourceful, proactive, and meticulous, with a warm, engaging presence and a strong work ethic. Their son thrives on learning through books, songs, and games, and while he is high-energy and occasionally strong-willed, he responds beautifully to patience, calm guidance, and emotional attunement. T= Compensation is highly competitive and commensurate with experience, plus paid time off. Candidates must be willing to receive an annual flu shot and stay current on vaccinations. While the family is in the Hamptons until the end of the month, they are eager for the right person to start as soon as possible.
