JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan QA Consultant with strong expertise in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, creating test cases, executing hands-on testing, and ensuring smooth migration and support of MAWM applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).
• Proven expertise in QA processes, test case creation, and execution.
• Solid understanding of system integrations (TMS, conveyor, packing systems, etc.).
• Experience documenting technical and functional requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services and system interfaces.
• Core IT background (not warehouse management/end-user only).

• Analyze and understand business requirements related to Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).
• Design and execute test cases to validate functionality and changes.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including requirements, SOPs, functional specs, technical design, test scenarios, and support documents.
• Provide support for Manhattan Active WMS applications, including migration of legacy WMS DC sites to MAWM.
• Collaborate with multiple external vendors for TMS, packing, and conveyor system integrations.
• Work on technical-level integrations with external systems.
• Apply knowledge of cloud-based services to support MAWM operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal documentation and testing standards.
