Responsibilities

As the Manifolds & Distributions Master Scheduler you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and driving the project bid plan, highlighting critical activities and managing through completion, to ensure Baker Hughes provides a comprehensive and achievable bid
  • Defining internal execution strategy across multiple projects (methodology, location, etc.)
  • Owning Supply S&OP, driving lead time and capacity management of bottlenecks (fabrication yard + suppliers)
  • Driving end to end product lead time reductions through cross-functional activity and improvement plans
  • Owning early project execution until handover to Product Delivery Planner
  • Owning & controlling supply due date at point of demand loading (e.g scheduled ship date) and control demand & accuracy cleanlines

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Experience in production planning, inventory optimization or manufacturing operations
  • Possess knowledge of ERP systems
  • Be able to influence and lead multiple stakeholders
  • Have strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Possess a growth mindset with desire to drive chang
