(Saudi National Only) Grade: 8 Location: Riyadh Working hours: full time Advert closing: 21/05/2026 Responsibilities 1. Assisting in development of procedures for assessing manpower requirements. 2. Assisting Developing and drafting the RSAF manual of Unit Manning Document (UMD) procedures. 3. Developing unit manning documents and coordinating requirements with bases and other RSAF directorates. 4. Developing, planning and using computer programmes in management of manpower resources. 5. Coordinating manpower management activities with other HQ and base-level functions to ensure accurate, integrated, consistent, productive and timely manpower requirements are met. 6. Coordinating with other RSAF functions to ensure effective utilization on manpower and to exchange on topics of mutual interest. 7. Monitoring and assisting in directed manpower management activities and supervising manpower management activities. 8. Monitoring operating plans for manpower programming and allocation. 9. Assisting in directing, reviewing and evaluating organizational structure and manpower analysis. 10. Participating and coordinating inspections of staff activities and providing training programmes for manpower management personnel. 11. Support RSAF officers at meetings and participate in design and programme management reviews. Job Requirements: 12. Completed a recognized course of training at a military or civilian school in Aeronautical Engineering or related aviation subject. 13. Minimum of 5 Years proven experience within a manning, training and evaluation environemnent and Logistics Procedures in the aviation. 14. Be qualified on an RSAF weapon system and/or associated support equipment. 15. Be qualified on preparing RSAF Unit Manninig Document (UMD). 16. Computer literate and an experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
